The Gaucher Association of Australia & New Zealand is a non-profit association with the mission to Improve the health and wellbeing of Australian and New Zealander Gaucher patients through community building, education, advocacy, and support of research.
GAANZ was founded in May 2018 and was officially launched on 1 October 2018 in conjunction with International Gaucher Awareness Day. Without an incorporated representative association the patient voices would not be heard, GAANZ plays a critical role in filling this gap.
